I am Florian Lehnert-Wortmann. For 15 years I have run IT and AI projects, in automotive, aviation and the public sector. Today I do that for small and mid-sized companies: I tell you which AI actually pays off in your business and which does not, and then I build it. On your own infrastructure, GDPR-compliant, with no dependency on US providers. In Germany, the consulting part is subsidised by the BAFA at 50 %.

When a project runs off the rails, I take it over. In an Oracle HCM programme the core and recruitment modules had to be live in nine months under considerable time and budget pressure, and early on a large share of my resources was pulled at short notice. I closed the gaps through outsourcing, brought the project back on track and delivered ahead of the schedule set in the project charter. Certified as SAFe Release Train Engineer, SAFe POPM, Scrum Master, Product Owner and in ITIL.

EU AI Act Compliance & AI Audit

From 2 August 2026 the EU AI Act fully applies to high-risk AI. Structured AI audit in half a day: inventory of all AI systems, risk classification (4 classes), written report with action plan. Eligible as consulting under the BAFA scheme: 50 % of the fee, up to €1,750 in Bavaria.
